The '''Joja Gemeindeentwicklungsformular''' is the [[Joja-Markt]] equivalent to the [[Community CenterGemeinschaftszentrum]] [[BundlesBündel]]. It can be accessed from inside Joja-Markt after paying {{Price|5000}} for a Joja-Markt membership. The player is able to complete town restoration projects by individually purchasing them via the Joja Gemeindeentwicklungsformular. After each purchase, Morris and his Joja-Markt crew will complete the project after the player goes to sleep. There is no "Friendship" rewards associated with the Joja Gemeindeentwicklungsformular like there is with the Community Center Bundles. Instead, the player is rewarded a [[Soda MachineGetränkemaschine]] for completing the form.

On the day following the completion of the development form, a ceremony is held in front of the warehouse for the player. [[Morris]] tell gives the following speech:
